Discover Our Innovative Career Readiness Programme

R.A.C.E To Futures is a comprehensive career readiness framework that spans four stages of a child’s education and is delivered through a combination of in-person programs, mentoring, community events, teacher-facilitated lessons, on our digital career readiness platform. R.A.C.E is an acronym for Roots, Acceleration, Connection and Elevation; the names of the four stages of our programme – reflecting the purpose and goals of each stage.
