DESCRIPTION:On March 5th and 6th\, the Principal Institute of Excellence (PIE Africa) visited Springs Preperatory School to deliver the AXELERAXN workshop — a key component of its R.A.C.E. to Futures programme designed to bridge the career preparedness divide for young people in underserved communities. \nJHS students took part in an engaging\, hands-on career guidance session that introduced them to the world of work\, helped them explore career pathways aligned with their interests and abilities\, and equipped them with the foundational tools to begin planning their futures with confidence and purpose. \nThrough AXELERAXN\, PIE Africa is accelerating career readiness — one school at a time.
