R.A.C.E. is the acronym of our programmes’ 4 stages: Roots, Acceleration (Axeleraxn), Connection (Conexn) and Elevation (Elevaxn).

Learners across the R.A.C.E. pathway, plus schools, parents, mentors, employers, NGOs, and funders who want young people to transition into skills, purpose, and opportunity.

Identity development, career exposure, skill-building challenges, mentorship, a growing personal portfolio, and guided pathways that connect learning to real opportunities.

We start with an in-person workshop to introduce the program and onboard learners, then enroll them on the R.A.C.E. To Futures platform for a one-year guided journey with structured activities, mentorship touchpoints, and progress tracking.

Schools and education partners, mentors, employers, NGOs, sponsors, and ecosystem enablers who can help scale access, content, opportunities, and delivery capacity.

Through CSR sponsorship, employee mentorship, workplace exposure, project challenges, internships, apprenticeships, entry-level roles, or funding a specific program track.
